At any point you may scroll to the bottom of the page to find the
SHOPPING CART button. Use
this button to remove, increase/decrease the quantity of a selected
test, to checkout or to simply review
the contents of your cart. You may always
use your browser's BACK button
to return to the section you were.previously
viewing. Our shopping cart system will
keep track of any items you have placed

- When you order your blood tests online we will ship to you a
TEST KIT. Your TEST KIT will be shipped via First Class (approximate
shipping time: 3 - 6 business days) which will include the following
items:
- 1 or 2 large plastic transfer tubes.
- 1 small "bullet" tube.
- 1 glass, lavender-top tube in a styrofoam container (if CBC is
ordered).
- All the above is placed into a bio-safety bag that contains an
absorbant material.
- All instructions and all items necessary for the preparation
and mailing of your sample back to our laboratory for testing.
