Each Tablet Contains:

Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 10 I.U.

Calcium 60mg

Biotin 300mcg

Zinc (aspartate) 5mg

Magnesium (aspartate) 30mg

Caprylic Acid 100mg

Potassium Sorbate (supplying 65mg of elemental Potassium) 250mg

Suggested Usage:

Adults take 1 tablet 3 times daily or as directed by physician only.
