Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) 250mg

Standardized to 5% of total pungent compounds including the phenylalkylketones (particularly the two main, 3-methoxy-4 hydroxy aromatic compounds 6-gingerol and 6-shogaol) or 4% volatile oils

(Israel, China, India, Nigeria)

In a 100mg base of non-standardized Ginger.

Suggested Usage:

Adults take 1 or 2 capsules daily between meals or as directed by physician.
