ITEM: AMNI Organic Flax Seed Oil Softgels

The richest source of alpha-linolenic acid. This unique plant seed oil is nature's most concentrated source of alpha-linolenic acid, an essential omega-3 fatty acid, and is often used as an alternative to fish oil supplements. Flax seed oil also provides linoleic (omega-6) and oleic acid (omega-9). Because essential fatty acids are easily destroyed by light, air and heat, our flax seed oil has been mechanically cold-pressed below 96 degrees F to avoid harmful peroxides and to maintain the smooth, fresh taste. Only 100% certified organic flax seeds are used.
