Two level teaspoons contain:

Pecta Sol (trademarked modified citrus pectin) approximately 5 grams

Suggested Usage:

Adults take 15 grams daily. Stirring briskly, dissolve 2 level teaspoons (approx. 5 grams) of powder in water, juice or other liquid drink, 3 times daily or as directed by physician.
